This blog is all about Cebuano food. It is a chronicle of our visits to different parts of Cebu to write about local cuisine and delicacies.

The final product of this months-long documentary is multi-media—a limited edition printed book, an e-book for tablets, smartphones and e-readers, an interactive e-book for certain devices, and this blog.
